In 2009, we launched our business to provide technical support to the everyday user in Wooster, Ohio. Through the years, we have been fortunate to also provide top-of-the-line support to many different organizations as well.
Traditionally, we have provided full IT service, but we have broadened our scope to also be an asset and point of contact to existing IT personnel. Now with access to 240+ contacts through our channel partners, we can provide a solution to almost any problem any organization may have.
We have specialized in providing network solutions helpdesk support, and IP phone systems. However, we are ever-growing just as the IT world grows and are always adding new ways to help further our customers move forward in the space.
Melodie founded Simplifying IT, along with her husband Roger Stroud, in 2009. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Specialized Business in Computer Management in 1988 and holds 22 years of experience in the industry. Today, she makes sure all of the administrative duties are complete to keep us moving.
Roger founded Simplifying IT, along with his wife, Melodie, in 2009. With 24 years in I.T., he is able to find the solution to almost any problem. Today, he is Simplifying IT's consultant offering assistance with high-level tasks where needed, and taking meetings with new potential clients.
Account Manager/Lead Tech
Nichole has been employed with Simplifying IT for 10 years holding several certifications with Microsoft and Sangoma. She is our Microsoft and IP phone systems specialist as well as our lead technician on several business accounts. Today, she manages several of our full-service IT accounts as well as all IP phone system installs.
