In 2009, we launched our business to provide technical support to the everyday user in Wooster, Ohio. Through the years, we have been fortunate to also provide top-of-the-line support to many different organizations as well.
Traditionally, we have provided full IT service, but we have broadened our scope to also be an asset and point of contact to existing IT personnel. Now with access to 240+ contacts through our channel partners, we can provide a solution to almost any problem any organization may have.
We have specialized in providing Managed Services, Network Solutions, and IP Phone Systems. However, we are ever-growing just as the IT world grows and are always adding new ways to help further our customers move forward in the space.

Assistant Technical Director
Nichole has been a part of the Simplifying I.T. family for 13 years holding several certifications with Microsoft, Sangoma, and Zultys.
Nichole acts as our Microsoft and IP phone systems specialist while also managing several of our full-service I.T. accounts and managed service accounts. She also plays a vital role in keeping our organization moving, performing many internal administrative duties.

Jasper has been a part of the Simplifying I.T. family for 8 years holding several certifications.
Jasper acts as our network infrastructure specialist while also managing several of our full-service I.T. accounts and managed service clients.
T1 Helpdesk
The newest addition to the Simplifying I.T. family. Tristan has a passion for all things technology with an appetite for learning everything he can.
Tristan acts as the first line of support for our business clients while also being the primary support technician for our residential clients.
Owner/Administrator
Melodie founded Simplifying IT, along with her husband Roger Stroud, in 2009. She graduated with an associate degree in Specialized Business in Computer Management in 1988 and holds 25 years of experience in the industry.
Melodie ensures all of the administrative duties are complete to keep us moving while also ensuring our associates have access to the resources they need to provide the best possible service to our clients.
Owner/Consultant
Roger founded Simplifying IT, along with his wife, Melodie, in 2009. With 27 years in I.T., he is able to find the solution to almost any problem.
Roger acts as Simplifying I.T.'s consultant offering assistance with high-level tasks where needed, and taking meetings with new potential clients.
